Re: Gratitude

-the details of life with my kids - bath time, reading books, building legos (used to take this for granted but not anymore!)
-my almost 3-yr-old's love. he'll yell to me from another room just to say "I want a hug" "Mommy you're my best friend" - just love this age -minus the tantrums.
-being able to sell my home
-being forced to think outside the box
-having life thrown in my face to remind me that going through the motions isn't the same as living.

-stacy

Re: Gratitude

It has been a rough week with hospice started Wednesday and good friend of the family dieing last Sunday from Lymphoma - so time to look at the positive side of life:

I am grateful for:

* Wonderful people at Vitas hospice, they know how to provide tender and supportive care
* An understanding doctor team who helped me straighten out a young Palliative Care doctor that hospice didn't mean euthanasia
* Three beautiful daughters who provide me inspiration
* Peggy being awake for 5 straight hours on Wednesday the day she came home because she was so excited
* Many great people in this world who truly add value to our lives including the people on this Board
